Cookies and browser storage

Thai Fertility Path sets no tracking cookies and, at present, stores nothing in your browser. Here is why, and what would change that.

Our position

People researching fertility treatment often prefer that their browsing is not recorded or followed around the web. We agree. This site does not use cookies to measure you, advertise to you or recognise you on a later visit.

What is stored on your device today

Nothing that we set. The site is made of static pages, with no sign-in, no saved preferences and no interactive tools that need to remember anything between visits. You will not see a cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Things that are not cookies but are worth knowing

Your browser still talks to two outside services when it loads our pages:

  • Our hosting provider, which records each request (including your IP address) for security, and may set a strictly necessary cookie to block automated attacks.
  • Google Fonts, which supplies our typefaces and receives your IP address in doing so. It does not set cookies for this.

No embedded third-party content

Our pages do not embed videos, maps, social media buttons or chat widgets from other companies. Those tools often set their own cookies as soon as a page loads, even if you never click them. Leaving them out means that reading about a clinic or a procedure here is not reported to a social network or video platform.

Where a clinic's location matters, we give its address and link to its own website, so you decide whether and when to visit another service.

If we add a convenience feature

We may in future add small conveniences, such as remembering a filter you chose. If we do, we will use your browser's local storage, keep the information on your device only, and describe it on this page before it goes live. Anything that would track you, such as analytics, would need your consent first.

Keeping your research private

Even with no cookies from us, your browser keeps its own history. If you share a device, a private or incognito window will avoid leaving a record of the pages you read. You can also clear site data and block cookies in your browser's privacy settings.

Clinic websites

When you follow a link to a clinic or hospital, its site may use its own cookies, including analytics and advertising cookies. Their policies apply there, not ours, so it is worth checking them before you fill in any enquiry form on a clinic's website.
