About
First Fertility PGS Center is a fertility-only clinic, and its name points to its emphasis: IVF or ICSI paired with screening embryos for chromosome problems (PGS, with PGD also mentioned). Around that core it offers IUI, embryo transfer, egg freezing, check-ups for both partners, semen analysis and sperm washing, surgical sperm retrieval by TESE, TESA or PESA, and hysteroscopy.
The clinic publishes the names of its medical director and laboratory director. For anyone considering freezing eggs, its page explains that the process uses the same hormone stimulation as IVF and ends with egg collection under sedation; it gives career, study and cancer treatment as common reasons, but sets out no storage terms.
Patients from outside Thailand are offered a full-service IVF programme with a personal assistant and a team that speaks several languages, and the website also comes in Thai and Chinese. The packages page calls the programme all-inclusive yet gives no figures.
IVF and Fertility Clinics
If screening embryos before transfer is high on your list, this clinic builds its IVF offer around exactly that. Cycles use IVF or ICSI with PGS, and PGD is also named. Found on the 13th floor of PS Tower, close to Asoke, the clinic covers the wider work-up too: fertility check-ups for women and men, semen analysis, sperm washing, TESE, TESA or PESA when sperm must be retrieved surgically, hysteroscopy, IUI and embryo transfer.
You can see who leads the clinic, since the medical and laboratory directors are named, but there is little published about lab accreditation or equipment. Couples coming from abroad are assigned a personal assistant and supported by staff who speak several languages, and there is a Chinese version of the website.
The packages page describes an all-inclusive arrangement but leaves out prices, so plan to request a full breakdown before you travel.
- Embryo chromosome screening (PGS) built into IVF/ICSI
- Personal assistant for patients from abroad
- Medical and lab directors named
- Website in Thai and Chinese
Worth confirming: Two different phone numbers appear on the site and there are no prices; check which number is current, ask exactly what 'all-inclusive' covers, and confirm you are eligible under Thai law.
Egg Freezing Clinics
At First Fertility PGS Center, freezing your eggs follows the first half of an IVF cycle. You take the same hormone stimulation, the eggs are collected while you are sedated, and they are then frozen to use later.
The clinic names planning around a career or studies, and cancer treatment, as typical reasons women come to it. What the page does not cover is just as important: there is no package price, no storage fee, no storage period and no statement on who can take part.
Because the clinic's focus is IVF with embryo screening, freezing here makes most sense if you would want to come back and use the eggs for ICSI at the same place. Overseas patients get the same personal-assistant and multilingual support as the IVF programme, but you will need to ask for every cost up front.
- Freezing for medical or personal reasons
- Egg collection under sedation
- Eggs can later go into the clinic's IVF/ICSI and PGS programme
Worth confirming: There is nothing published on storage; before stimulation starts, get the package price, the yearly storage charge and how long eggs can be kept.
